Shipping & Customs
Each piece is sourced in Japan and individually inspected before dispatch. Estimated delivery is about 10–15 business days from your order until it arrives at your door (sourcing & inspection included). Ships worldwide with tracking; import duties & taxes are handled at checkout (DDP) where available, so there are no surprise customs charges on delivery. See our Shipping Policy.
Returns
Returns accepted within 5 days of receipt for items materially not as described.
Item must be returned in original, as-shipped condition.
Buyer covers return shipping; shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you receive an item with a problem that was not described or shown in our photos, please contact us — we’ll make it right.
