Shipping Policy

We ship both within Japan and internationally.

Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

We mainly use FedEx, Japan Post, or other shipping methods designated by our store.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated otherwise.

All customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time

Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to pay customs duties, or failure to receive the package, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the item.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier when applicable. However, compensation may depend on the courier’s investigation and terms.

Vintage and One-of-a-Kind Items

Most of our items are vintage, pre-owned, and one-of-a-kind.

Once an item is shipped, we cannot replace it with the same item if it is lost, damaged, returned, or unavailable.
