Are all items pre-owned?
Yes. All items are pre-owned vintage fur. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, so please review the photos, measurements, and condition details on the product page before purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide from Japan. International shipping is available by FedEx.
How long does shipping take?
Items ship from Japan within 5 business days. Delivery time then varies depending on the destination country and customs.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
The buyer. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Can I return an item?
- Return requests are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
- Return shipping for buyer’s convenience is the buyer’s responsibility.
- Items with removed tags cannot be returned.
- If there is a significant defect not described or shown in the photos, the store will handle it.
How do I check the size?
Each product page lists measurements (length, shoulder, sleeve, bust, sweep) in both cm and inches. We recommend comparing them with a garment you already own.
What does the condition rank mean?
- Excellent: Very little signs of use. Overall in excellent pre-owned condition.
- Very Good: Minor signs of use, but overall in very good pre-owned condition.
- Good: Visible signs of use; small stains, wear, or other minor issues may be present.
- Fair: Noticeable signs of use or damage. Please check photos and notes carefully.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes. We support overseas buyers, boutiques, vintage shops, and resellers. Bulk inquiries are welcome — please use our Wholesale page.
Can I visit your physical store?
